SAFETY AND SECURITY

Your safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost concern to those of us who welcome you as a guest. We urge you to take advantage of the following suggestions.

DEAD BOLT DOUBLE LOCKS AND CHAINS have been added for additional security. Always turn the dead bolt on the inside of the door whenever you enter your room. For additional security, please secure the safety chain as well. Once the dead bolt has been turned, a regular key card will not open the room.

ADMITTANCE of people to your room should not be permitted without providing proper identification. A door viewer is provided. Never stay in your room with the door open and invite strangers into your room. If there is any question about a person’s identity, even if it’s an employee, please contact the front desk for verification before opening your door.

KEYS CARDS should be safeguarded at all times. Do not give your key card to others unless they are registered in your room. If you have lost or misplaced your key card, notify the front desk immediately. A new key card will be issued that will lock out the previous keycard.

ENTRANCE AND EXIT DOORS leading into the guest corridors are always locked. Your guest room key card will open these doors from the outside. Do not leave these doors ajar or prop them open at anytime. They are locked as a security precaution for all guests.

PARKING is provided at no charge. Always look around you and the area you are parking before leaving your car. If you notice or see anyone who appears to be suspicious, do not leave your car. Keep your doors locked and drive and park directly at the main entrance. Notify the front desk immediately. If you feel uncomfortable, please contact the front desk and someone will escort you to your parking area.

These guidelines and suggestions are provided to make your stay with us as safe and secure as possible. If you have any questions regarding hotel security please feel free to speak with our general manager or any of our management staff at anytime.
